Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

Acceptance of Terms

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may register only one Account on the ph9585 platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited. ph9585 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any transactions associated with them.

3.4 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. ph9585 may request supporting documentation at any time to verify the information provided, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., passport, Philippine national ID, driver's license)
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash account, bank statement)
• Source of funds declaration where required under AML procedures

Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or Account suspension.

Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. ph9585 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication and using a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform. You must notify ph9585 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account.

4.2 Account Activity

All wagers and transactions placed through your Account are your sole responsibility. ph9585 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your login credentials. ph9585 reserves the right to lock or suspend your Account pending investigation if unusual activity is detected.

4.3 Inactive Accounts

An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as inactive. ph9585 may apply an inactivity administration fee of up to ₱100 per month to inactive accounts with a positive balance, after providing written notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the inactivity period without further notice.

4.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting ph9585 customer support. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures. Accounts under active investigation for suspected fraud or AML review may not be closed until the investigation is concluded.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ph9585 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available in the Philippines:

• PayMaya (Maya) — real-time processing for most transactions
• BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands) — standard bank transfer timelines apply

ph9585 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time. The availability of specific methods may vary based on your account status and verification level.

5.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. ph9585 processes deposits promptly upon receipt, subject to payment provider processing times. ph9585 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your name that matches your Account details.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before Real Money Balance derived from bonus play can be withdrawn.
• ph9585 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where AML obligations apply.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method; GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours on business days.

5.4 Currency

If a payment is initiated in a different currency, it will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. ph9585 is not responsible for any foreign exchange losses or fees applied by your payment provider.

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus credits are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before conversion to withdrawable Real Money Balance. 6.3 Bonus Abuse

6.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

ph9585 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. This includes altering wagering requirements, validity periods, and eligible games. Players who have already opted into a promotion prior to its modification will generally be entitled to complete that promotion under the original terms, except where continuation would constitute a breach of regulatory requirements.

Rules of Play

All games available on the ph9585 platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a wager on any game, you confirm your understanding of and agreement to the applicable game rules. The following general rules apply across all games:

Limitation of Liability

ph9585 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ph9585 shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical faults, internet connectivity issues, or events beyond ph9585's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ph9585's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Termination

12.1 Termination by ph9585

ph9585 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or suspicious activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Receipt of a request from a relevant regulatory authority or law enforcement agency
• Continued use of the platform in a manner that ph9585 determines to be detrimental to the integrity of its operations

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ph9585 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of any investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, ph9585 may forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable regulatory guidelines.

12.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your license to use the ph9585 platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 8, 10, 11, 13, and 16 — shall remain in full force and effect.

Disputes

13.1 Internal Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of ph9585's services, you should first contact the ph9585 customer support team via live chat or by email at [email protected]. ph9585 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 10 business days. Complex disputes may take longer, and ph9585 will keep you informed of the progress of your complaint throughout the review process.

13.2 Regulatory Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of ph9585's internal dispute resolution process, you may escalate your complaint to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels. ph9585 will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-led investigation or mediation process.

13.3 Game Outcome Disputes

Disputes relating to game outcomes must be submitted within 30 days of the disputed transaction. ph9585 will review the relevant game logs and, where applicable, video recordings. The decision of ph9585's technical review team, confirmed against game server records, shall be final in the absence of manifest error.

Privacy & Data

ph9585 collects, uses, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution procedures set out in Section 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

ph9585 operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit PAGCOR's authority over ph9585's operations or the rights of Players to seek redress through PAGCOR's regulatory channels.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
